In Oaxaca, during Día de Muertos, when the veil thins and ancestors draw near, we gather not to escape life but to meet it more fully. Over three sacred days, we move slowly and intentionally with altar building, ritual, shared meals, and evenings devoted to remembrance and rest. This is a homecoming to lineage, to spirit, to the parts of yourself that never left.

Pricing information
In the spirit of accessibility and shared adventure, Morgan and I are not charging a facilitator fee or adding any additional costs. This gathering is priced at its true cost so everyone is paying the lowest possible rate.
The home includes several different rooms and suites that would traditionally sit at different price points. As all guests are paying the same retreat rate, room assignments will be made based on the order in which deposits are received.
Reserving early offers the widest range of room options and makes it easier to build a payment plan from there.
Pricing Notes
Flights are not included. Guests will fly into Oaxaca International Airport (OAX). You are welcome to arrive on October 31 for a late check-in (after 5PM) with retreat programming beginning on November 1. Alternatively, guests may arrive on November 1 and join once programming begins.
A group chat will be created ahead of time to support coordination around arrivals, airport transfers, and any shared accommodations if desired.

Optional add-ons
A curated selection of optional add-on experiences will be available, including tastings, Airbnb Experiences, and other local offerings. Lunch is not included, allowing guests the flexibility to explore the city at their own pace.

Are flights included?
Yes. We will host live calls before departure to answer questions, review packing lists, and walk through logistics. A post adventure integration call will also be held after we return.
Will there be support before and after?
This experience is open to anyone connected to the Wild Minds community. You’re welcome to join with a partner, come alongside a friend from Wild Minds, or arrive solo, knowing you’ll be met by familiar faces and a shared sense of belonging.

Handwoven rugs, barro sculptures, and custom furniture sourced from surrounding villages fill the home with story and intention. A lush interior patio and rooftop terrace create space for slow mornings, reflection, and shared connection.

Each day includes morning and evening practices designed to open intuition and deepen inner listening as we move through the cultural thinning of the veil. Our time together invites a slower pace, intuitive awareness, and meaningful connection within the living traditions of Día de Muertos in Oaxaca.
Mornings begin with meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement, while evenings offer ritual, reflection, and integration. This is an opportunity to soften the nervous system, trust your inner knowing, and experience this sacred season in a deeply embodied way.
What Are We Doing?
When I look at my life, I can trace the moments that changed everything. One of those moments was visiting Mexico during Día de Muertos. Being there reshaped how I understand grief, love, and remembrance, it felt reverent, alive, and deeply human.
In the years since, I’ve shared this love of Día de Muertos with the Wild Minds community, weaving its wisdom into our practices and rituals. This season invites us into the thinning of the veil, a time when intuition sharpens and connection feels closer. To experience this together in Oaxaca feels like a powerful return, a chance to listen more deeply and honor what’s ready to be remembered.
Why Día de los Muertos?
This is an intimate gathering for the Wild Minds community, with only 9 spots available. Once spots are claimed, everyone will be added to a group chat to connect, share details, and begin preparing together.
We’ll host a few live Zoom gatherings leading up to our time in Oaxaca to walk through logistics, answer questions, and share packing lists. As we get closer, you’ll receive the full itinerary, including details for our themed dinners and ceremonial experiences.
